First, claim your boost plan
On Home, find “My plan” and tap “Claim plan”. Claiming is free. Open the plan to check the current package price.
If a plan is already in progress, continue that plan first.

Boost rewards come from funds deposited by creators. They are calculated separately from the video platform's own creator incentives.

Once the full plan is purchased and delivered, your purchase amount, base reward and any applicable bonus are credited together.
Can I try without Plus or a top-up?
Check your credited welcome reward and existing balance. If they cover the current plan, no extra top-up is needed. Otherwise, add funds to cover the shortfall. Your account shows whether you can claim more plans and whether you qualify to withdraw.
Do Standard members have to wait 24 hours?
The daily basic plan allowance resets at 00:00 in the site's local time, rather than 24 hours after your last claim. It is available to eligible members who have never subscribed. Finish any plan already in progress first.
Does Plus automatically provide 5–15 plans every day?
The Plus arrangement range is 5–15 plans per day. Plans are assigned by the platform; your actual available count depends on that day's assignments. Subscribing does not automatically generate a fixed number of plans.
Why is my plan unfinished after buying one package?
A plan can contain several packages. Check each next package price and confirm purchases one by one. The full plan settles only after every package has been purchased and delivered. A single package finishing is different from the full plan settling.
Where does the first fee refund of 50 go?
If you qualify for the first Plus fee refund, the subscription fee is deducted from your Funds account on confirmation. Once activation succeeds, the same amount is returned to that account for use in plans. This is a fee refund, not extra top-up credit or a direct refund to your bank or wallet.
Will Plus add 15% to plans I already claimed?
No. Each plan uses the benefits recorded when it was claimed. The applicable subscription bonus rate applies to plans newly claimed after subscribing. Previously claimed plans keep their original amounts and rewards.
